Your leadership team hears about AI but can't tell the difference between Copilot Studio and ChatGPT. IT wants budget for AI agents, but the business doesn't see the point. We run a one-day workshop for 8–20 people — explaining what Copilot Studio is in business language, showing demos of agents from real deployments, and answering questions. After 8 hours, participants make an informed decision — invest in AI or not, and what to do next.
Is this for you?
- Managers hear about AI but can't explain the difference between Copilot Studio and ChatGPT
- IT wants to deploy AI but can't get budget — leadership doesn't understand the value or the risk
- Your company pays for M365 Copilot licences, but employees don't use them
- AI pilot projects don't move beyond PoC — lack of business buy-in
- Competitors are deploying AI while your decision-makers hesitate without enough knowledge
- There is no one in the organisation who can explain the platform's capabilities and limitations

Frequently asked questions
Who is this workshop for? Managers, IT leaders, and business decision-makers. No technical background is required — the goal is to understand the possibilities, not learn to build agents.
How does this differ from the Hands-On Workshop? Foundations is an awareness session — we explain what's possible and help you decide. Hands-On is practical training where participants build an agent themselves.
Can I invite leadership and IT together? Yes, that's the recommended setup. A shared language between IT and business is the main goal of the workshop.
What if we decide Copilot Studio isn't for us? That's also a good outcome. It's better to make an informed decision in one day than to spend months on a failed pilot.
