Your developers learn Copilot Studio from YouTube and documentation — slowly, without company context, without best practices. The agents they build are too simple: no data integration, weak prompts, poor response quality. We run a two-day on-site workshop for 6–12 people. Day 1: architecture, security, connectors, prompt patterns. Day 2: each participant builds their own agent using your company's real data. Everyone leaves with a working agent and the knowledge to keep building.
Is this for you?
- Developers and power users learn Copilot Studio on their own — slowly and without company context
- Agents they build are too simple — no data integration, poor prompts, low response quality
- Every agent is outsourced to an external vendor — high costs and vendor dependency
- No knowledge of best practices: agent security, DLP in connectors, governance
- Time from idea to working agent is weeks instead of days
- Online trainings don't allow practice on your real data and systems
What you get
- Training programme and materials (PDF + example repository)
- Agent built by each participant — integrated with your real data
- Video case study summarising the workshop — for internal use
- List of follow-up use cases identified by participants
- Agent architecture and prompt pattern recommendations for your environment
How it works
- Pre-workshop (3–5 days before) — environment verification, access setup, selecting the use case to build on Day 2
- Day 1: Theory + exercises (8h) — Copilot Studio architecture, security and DLP, connectors, Dataverse, prompt patterns, conversational flow design
- Day 2: Building the agent (8h) — each participant creates their own agent integrated with real client data (SharePoint, Dataverse, API)
- Final review and presentation (2h) — review of participant agents, feedback, best practices
- Follow-up (1 week after) — 2h online Q&A session after participants return to daily work
Timeline and cost
- Delivery: 2 days on-site + 2h online follow-up after one week
- Preparation: 3–5 business days for environment verification
- Cost: [TO BE CONFIRMED]
What's not included
- Building multiple production agents (workshop focuses on 1 agent per participant)
- Awareness session for leadership (see: Foundations Workshop)
- Copilot Studio environment configuration (see: Environment Setup)
- Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio licences
Frequently asked questions
Who should attend? Developers, Power Platform power users, and citizen developers with basic technical knowledge. This is not a session for managers — see Foundations Workshop for that.
Is the agent built during the workshop production-ready? Yes, if the client's environment is ready. The agent is integrated with real data and built following best practices.
Why on-site instead of online? Building on real client data requires direct environment access and close collaboration with the trainer. On-site format delivers the highest quality.
What happens after the workshop? One week later we run a 2h online Q&A session. Participants come back with questions from daily work — we answer them live.
