Do you need access to our ERP / CRM? We need access to the APIs or databases of the systems we integrate. Details are agreed during the analysis phase — always in coordination with your IT team.
What if our system has no API? We have experience with legacy systems. We integrate via files, databases, or build middleware layers. Off-the-shelf connectors are a starting point — not a constraint.
Does integration require downtime? We deploy incrementally. New flows run in parallel with existing ones until data correctness is confirmed.
